Those libraries are not a standard part of the Amiga OS. Nor are they a
part of Phenomena. They've all been around for a while and you should be
able to get them from many sources but since your on the 'net' I'd try
one of the Aminet archives like ftp.netnet.net. If you still have trouble
getting them let me know and I'll archive them and post them to tomahawk.
